Working with REM is like working with a finely tuned timepiece: We prepare every statement by the 10th of the month and include an income and expense statement, cash flow, detailed paid bills report, payables, tenant receipts, tenant delinquencies (on that date or at the end of the prior month), journal entries and copies of all bills paid the prior month. We also provide you with bank reconciliations.
