Anita Goldberg
Anita has been a key contributor to REM since its founding in 2000. With four decades of experience, she is our “go to” executive, helping manage bookkeeping, structuring and renewing leases, fielding tenant requests and working in tandem with the company’s accountants and lawyers. Prior to joining REM, Anita worked with Rick Elezi at Lawrence Properties.

Victoria Guzman
Since joining REM in 2008, Victoria has quickly proven herself to be an important member of the REM team. Victoria brings to REM 15 years of experience and expertise; specializing in dealing with various agencies such as HUD, Section 8 and HPD. Victoria has a thorough knowledge of building maintenance, physical plants, renovations and major capital improvements. She is a consummate "people person" dealing effectively with clients, employee's, building staff, professionals and building service providers. Her energetic and enthusiastic approach to her work has made her an invaluable asset to REM.

Aida Gashi
The newest member of our team, Aida Gashi, joined us in 2011. She is an assistant property manager who brings a fresh perspective and new ideas. Her organizational skills and assertiveness are traits which are evident in her work. A native New Yorker, she has lived in Manhattan her whole life. She studied political science and pre-law at City College and has previously worked in marketing and at the Department of Housing, Preservation and Development.
