Rick Elezi, President
 Rick has more than 15 years of real estate management experience, and began REM Residential to put into practice the knowledge he culled from his uniquely diverse background. Prior to founding REM, Rick held senior property management positions at Lawrence Properties and several other well-respected firms. In 2004, he was named Property Manager of the Year by the SABMG. Rick began his career as a handyman at several luxury Manhattan buildings throughout high school and college. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Iona College.

Shpresa Hope Elezi
 Hope is a licensed real estate broker, who serves as REM’s administrative assistant and bookkeeper. With her extensive background in banking, Hope is extremely well organized, efficient and brings to REM a bright and energetic presence.
Each member of the REM team brings years of experience with both small and large management firms to our clients. We also bring clients one of the most successful track records of effective building management in the business today, along with some of the most innovative management techniques and state-of-the-art reporting procedures.
